I remember reading reviews of teeturtle that were very negative and scammy but I'm happy to say my experience was very positive. Their customer support team were quick to reply and sort out any issues. Products arrived ~3 weeks (located in Australia) and they're very cute. Would buy again.

Massive respect for TeeTurtle. I've bought from them for many years and never had an issue as a UK buyer.
My main respect comes from how they handle the theft of their reversible plushes. Even when I report accounts stealing their designs, they always respond kindly and offer a discount. Lovely customer service. Much respect!

When I ordered a card game and expansion pack from this company, I was sent the wrong expansion pack. However, they responded quickly to my email, and even let us keep the wrong expansion pack along with sending the correct one! TeeTurtle is such a nice company and I'm looking forward to doing business with them in the future.

Took advantage of their sale as I've been hesitant given the bad reviews... all I can say is the 2 shirts are great, they run fairly large FYI, and the plushie is well loved already.

I know sometimes it's just luck. But for me, they were fine, and items arrived within 1.5 weeks of order.

I've seen a lot of hate for this site, and I believe it's not earned. I got my shirt on time, and they gave me constant updates about the package. The support team was nice and responded quickly, and I'm super happy with the quality of my shirt. Can't wait for another one :)

Buyer beware! I purchased a fair amount of products beginning of December which cost a lot! Was due to arrive 18th Dec as per the ‘business days’, I did check to make sure the items would arrive in time even with a potential delay. I contacted them and took weeks of chasing to get a response, to be told to wait a little longer. I waited as asked and no parcel, its then taken weeks again with no response. Finally get response saying they will re send the items which I clearly stated in the previous emails I didn’t want, as I had to buy new Christmas presents. It’s taken from Dec to now to get my money back! I gave them all my details for the refund, they kept telling me a different amount which was much less than what I paid. I eventually had to open a case with Paypal, provided them with the proof of chaser emails with little to no response from TeeTurtle and I’ve finally got the correct amount back! TeeTurtle then had the cheek to contact me saying they had the wrong email for me and order number... what a joke! Please don’t waste your money or time, what a nightmare.

Ordered a large order. An item was missing. Months later and many, many emails with almost no response and I'm opening a PayPal dispute. They will string you along with emails to try and keep you from doing this. Avoid at all costs. Terrible.

I’m very happy about their selection of T-shirt designs that range from Disney, Star Wars and Marvel just to name a few. The T-shirts are also made of very comfort material. I am also excited when they have their occasional sales.... LOVE IT! And as for shipping and filling an order I’ve never had a problem.

You can find the worst delivery system in Tee Turtle, not to say the worst customer service, writing you nice replies full of fancy meaningless words.
Definitively, I will never purchase anything again in this shop.
Not recommended.

Awful experience, my package was lost and after weeks of emailing them nothing was made, no product not even the refund.
Their excuse for the package loss was "the address was too long" then why doesn't their website have a warning? Also I gave them my phone number and they didnt contact me, all of this could have been solved if they called me

i ordered products on 28th september and now it’s december 21th
i messaged 2 times and received a “ your packaged has been lost”
i am really really dissatisfied and disappointed in this company despite having cute items

I love them to death. Their designs are always fun and adorable, and the shirts are comfortable with sturdy decals. The fabric they use is extremely soft, and the shirts may feel a little flimsy, but so far they’ve never quit on me. Note that these designs WILL crack in the dryer, but the shirts are so nice you’ll probably want to hang-dry them anyway.
P.S. A lot of reviews below are giving these guys 1 star because of shipping delays and customer service issues. In case nobody noticed, there’s a pandemic going on. Stuff is being delayed. The amount of great reviews they’ve gotten pre-COVID should be proof enough that they’re doing the best they can under the circumstances.
